This is a tiny leather cat collar for Saint Patrick's day or maybe you have an Irish cat. My Grandpa use to use the "Herself" or "Himself" once in a while. Collar has an elastic attached to the buckle so your cat can get out of it if they are in trouble. Little flowers and small metallic green clovers finish out the design.
